Even if you do not know how to measure your size, you can place your order with confidence, and we will tailor a kimono that is perfect for you.
01 Selecting kimono fabric
When you select your favorite fabric (pattern and color) and obi belt from the product list page, you can use the coordination tool to view various options before deciding your favorite set.
02 Payment
Once you have decided on the fabric and obi belt of your choice, add them to the cart.
Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.
03 Measurements
We will send you a dedicated measurement form with measurement instructions in the order confirmation e-mail.
We will explain in an easy-to-understand manner with illustrations. Please take your time to answer it.
If you would like us to take your measurements by phone or video call, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email.
04 Kimono production
We will tailor your kimono based on your measurements.
Since the kimono is made to order, it usually takes about 2 months to produce. Please contact us if you need an earlier delivery time.
05 Delivery
We will deliver the tailored kimono to you.
